is an island dressing with a multi-layered structure consisting of
a thin sheet of hydrophilic absorbent polyurethane foam applied to
the centre of thin polyurethane foam membrane coated with an acrylic
adhesive. Tielle is indicated for use on low to moderately exuding
wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure sores and traumatic injuries.
