| Carbopad is a cost effective, simple to use, activated charcoal cloth dressing for the management of malodorous wounds, and is indicated in the treatment of leg ulcers, fungating wounds, donor sites, infected wounds and pressure ulcers. Its design ensures that there is no strike-through of wound odour or exudate, owing to the semi-permeable film layer within the dressing. The dressings are water-resistant and absorb bacteria and exudate in addition to the effective control of odour. These low adherent dressings offer increased patient comfort at the time of dressing removal.
